During your account set-up, our sales team asks several questions about your business that we save into our CRM system – stored on our internal database. That information will be clearly visible to our associate that answers a call for you. Our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system recognizes the dedicated number we assign to you and transmits that call to the appropriate team. The CallTel Associate answering the call will then focus 100% of his/her attention on your account and the client calling.

 

We send your messages to you via email or SMS text. Urgent messages that require your prompt attention can be delivered through phone call to your assigned first respondent.

Generally, we bill on monthly basis. However, you can pay in advance quarterly or annually

This depends on your specific service need and the scope of work involved. Our Sales Team will work with you to evaluate your service request and recommend the best and most affordable option for your business. We also have a dedicated staffing option. Billing works differently for dedicated staff.
